Be still my heart. My big kids could not wait to meet Evelyn. I mean, they could not wait. Having the older two be so much older this pregnancy, they participated so much in this pregnancy. They went to ultrasounds, anticipated her kicks in my belly, and talked endlessly about what it would be like once she was here. In fact, there were several fights over who would hold her the most once she get here.

I will never forget their reactions, but most of all, Ella's. My sweet tender hearted girl teared up when she saw her. I don't know if it was the anticipation or just the love she already felt spilling over, but she cried when she saw her. It warmed my heart to no end. And please look at Luke's face - he has never grinned that hard in his whole life. He just loved her from the start. And Noah, of course, was ready to take over as big brother. Evelyn is so loved already.
