Fall portraits with Soulshine Photography!

In August we got to take a quick trip to the beach. It was so relaxing!  Matt and I got to go on a date, Evelyn got to touch the sand, Papa and Sandra spoiled us, and we got to forget about work and the craziness of every day, and just enjoy each other!

The kids are back in school!!  Noah is in 7th grade, Ella is in 4th, and Luke is in kindergarten!!!  

They aren't thrilled summer is over, but I know they are going to have a great hear. We've slowly gotten back in to the school routine and I love the structure of the school year, the promise of cooler weather, soups in the crockpot, pumpkin spice candles...  All the fall brings!

Grandma's 80th birthday

In July we got to celebrate Grandma's 80th birthday with a TON of Cagles, Graysons, Scoggins... It was so good to get to see cousins I don't get to see often!  Grandma looked beautiful, and was so happy to be celebrated by so many that love her!

Evelyns 6 month photo shoot with Soulshine Photography

Every single time Sarah Jacobs with Soulshine Photography photographs my children I am left with the "I need more frames" crisis :)  I am in LOVE with Evelyns 6 month photo shoot!  We had them taken a few days before the fourth of July, so we also had to take advantage of the kids coordinating outfits.

June birthday trip to Georgia

My kids love our family's Georgia place.  They talk about it ALL year long!  We had such a relaxing trip celebrating my birthday at the end of June.  These are some of the shots I took with the big camera of playing at the house.
