Memorial Day weekend.

Because of the flooding a few weeks ago, our kids had to make up a lost school day on Memorial Day this year. But that didn't stop us from having fun!  Matt and Noah went to Carowinds (with a bunch of siaks) and Ella got to have a special girl day with her best friend Sylvie. Uncle Jesse and Lizzle came and spent the day with us too. It was a relaxing/crazy weekend and has made is all so excited for the summer!
Just dance with Sylvie
Noah got to ride the intimidator!
Hanging out at grace park!

Hello there!

My blog might just have to stay neglected for a little while during this crazy season of our life!

What have we been up to?
The house: we have had  several showings and are looking for our "next house" at the same time. Keeping the house clean for a showing is the hard part!
The kids:  Noah has his EOGs next Tuesday- Thursday!  Pray for him to be focused. Ella isn't bringing home anymore homework for the rest of the year (break for mommy yay!). Noah and Ella both have started piano lessons and they are picking it up quickly. Luke still keeps us on our toes while being absolutely adorable at the same time (he still doesn't like to wear pants- our biggest battle with him).
Matt and I - we have managed to still love each other through this crazy listing/fixing/looking house process. I'm so thankful for him.

So that's it for now!!  We will have a ton going on this summer and I can't wait for it all to get here.

Family Spring Photos

These are just a few of my favorites.  Joey took our family pictures in an apple orchard in the 30 minute window between storms this past Saturday in Hendersonville.  I love his work, and jump at the chance to have him take our pictures!  So here they are! (for more information about Joey's photography go to www.joeysiak.com)
