The last half of the day we went to Capharnaum, where Jesus preached and lived for 20 months of his ministry. We were able to see his house, the ruins of the town, and read scripture where it happened. (there is nothing cooler on this planet than reading scripture where it happened). After a quick trip to the church of Beattitudes where the grounds were PHENOMENAL, and reading the Blessed are... passage from the Bible, we ended the day on the Sea of Galilee for a church service and a little dancing. I told Dad if I had flown all that way, and experienced only this one day, it was worth it. Little did I know all my eyes would see over the next few days.
